I've got a total of 3 x non-scale Evangelion G.Kits manufactured by Kaiyodo from 1996-2000. They're EVA-00, EVA-01 and EVA-05. I will finish them all very soon and now I would like to start with the EVA-00.

This non-scale series from Kaiyodo is very probably the best model series among all the Evangelion models available in the market. The shape is so close to the EVA as in the anime. Comparing to the Bandai version of the EVA models. Definitely, the body of this kit is so slim. Having a very good looking. And most importantly. There is no ball joints. So it is not a toy like those made from the Bandai.😂🥲

The demo color of the kit is blue. Just like in the TV series. However, I painted with yellow color. Because I prefer the movie edition. And the color combination of yellow and white making the kit looks more vivid.

I'm planning to create a base scene to house both EVA-00 and the next EVA-02 G.Kit together that I will also to complete them shortly. I want a lake and some palm tress and so on with the EVAs on it. It's already on the clock. And I hope I will get it done very soon.

By the time the G.Kit was first introduced in 1996. It was blue.
And I've changed to yellow to match with the EVA-00 version in the latest movie edition.
